Plexus maps documents via case types, whereby metadata can be designed flexibly. The system secures the processing of documents via the checkout/checkin principle and enables comprehensive version management.

Rendition management and multi-format viewer

Plexus allows the storage of any file format and offers a multi-format viewer for the direct display of documents in the web client. The integration of a multi-format converter enables the automatic generation of formats suitable for long-term archiving.

Workflow Management and Web Workplace

Plexus enables the definition and execution of structured business processes related to documents and cases. The Web Workplace, a fully browser-based user interface, supports all modern browsers and enables individual customisation of the layout.
