BS 9997

British Standard that provides a framework for fire risk management systems (FRMS) in various organizations, including those operating on multiple sites or with different management divisions. It was published in 2019 and is designed to help organizations manage their approach to fire safety in a holistic and risk-based manner.

British Standard that provides guidelines for security screening of individuals employed in roles where security and safety are paramount. It’s a code of practice, not a law, and is used to help organizations ensure that they are properly vetting employees, contractors, and subcontractors. The standard focuses on roles where the security or safety of people, goods, services, data, or property is at risk.

BS EN 15713

European Standard and British Standard that provides a framework for managing and controlling the secure destruction of confidential and sensitive material. It outlines best practices and security measures for collecting, handling, transporting, storing, and destroying confidential information, ensuring its proper disposal and preventing potential data breaches.
