In recent weeks, our office in Harlow, the UK, was sweeter than ever – and for good reason!
Our much-anticipated Company Bake Off brought out the star bakers among us, and the competition did not disappoint. From beautifully frosted cakes to perfectly baked cookies, the talent on display was as impressive as it was delicious.
We’re excited to announce our top three winners. They were selected by a panel of extremely willing and expert taste-testers (aka very happy colleagues), all of whom enjoyed the baker’s creations immensely.
The time and effort that went into each entry was heartwarming. A huge thank you to everyone who participated, baked, tasted, and cheered each other on. This Bake Off was a nice reminder of the creativity, camaraderie, and joy that makes our team so special.
What were the results?
1st Place went to Milena Zienkiewicz. Milena wowed us with a beautifully spiced carrot cake, topped with pretty decorations that looked almost too good to eat – almost. It was as much a treat for the eyes as it was for the taste buds.
2nd Place was taken by Aiste Silinien, who took creativity to the next level with her cinnamon mushroom cakes, dipped in milk and white chocolate. Not only were they delicious, but they were also incredibly cute – an instant crowd favorite.
3rd Place was scooped up by Julie Hunt for bringing us the comforting classic – chocolate chip shortbread cookies. She made them perfectly. Buttery, rich, and wonderfully crumbly, they disappeared in minutes!
