The winners, from Germany and the UK, included Alexander Plueskow and the Autobahn delivery team, Breeze Childs, Matt Robinson, and Andrea Sieber. The Client Whisperer Award goes to Alexander Plueskow and the Autobahn Delivery team in Berlin.

Under Alexander’s leadership, productivity and profitability of this project increased consistently. Client satisfaction grew so much that they’ve already locked in additional deliveries through 2027. In addition to this, the team successfully rolled out new Hawk-eye scanners, adding new levels of efficiency to their operations.
The Leadership Encore Award is claimed by Breeze Childs and Matt Robinson for their outstanding work with the Harlow contact centre in the UK. When a policy change, announced by the UK Chancellor, triggered an unexpected 200% surge in call and email queries, the team sprang into action. They recruited and trained new agents, deployed rapid-response solutions, and kept services running without a single customer complaint. That effort didn’t just impress the client, it was mentioned in the UK Government Cabinet Office!
The Team Titan Award goes to Andrea Sieber, part of the team that was the driving force behind the Augsburg site relocation. From clearing out the previous location to orchestrating equipment and furniture moves, multiple stakeholders were managed and there was a seamless setup of new workspaces. It took dedication, and the ability to handle many moving parts, but this transition was a success. Such commitment and teamwork deserves our highest recognition.
