This time, the Client Whisperer Award goes to Hege Westby from our Production team in Oslo, Norway. Patrik Edenfeldt and the Bills & Payment Team in Sweden (BPO) take the Team Titan award.
Hege, as a member of our production team, consistently goes above and beyond her formal responsibilities as she handles IT tasks, equipment setups, software installations, documentation, and training support. Our clients value her expertise so much that they frequently seek her advice on IT equipment and setup. Her contributions have delivered significant time and cost savings for us and for clients. This is especially true in the case of Mastercard, where systems had to be migrated and equipment replaced.
Patrik Edenfeldt and the Bills & Payment Team in Sweden (BPO) took the Team Titan award. Under Patrik’s leadership, this team proactively implemented a range of transformative initiatives over the last 12 months. Their efforts helped the Bills & Payments business unit in Northern Europe to reach its target of 30% Gross Margin, currently the highest of our four European regions. The team’s performance in handling tasks around automation, or consolidating operations to Stockholm, provides an impressive example for all regions.
